We are a counter service restaurant with waitstaff.
How does it work you ask?

You order your food, get a table number, and pay at the counter

Grab your beverages (coffee & water is self serve)

We deliver your food to you

Relax and enjoy your meal! When finished dining leave your dishes and we will bus your table for you
Please be aware that we are a small restaurant with limited space inside and out. We can get pretty busy on weekends. When this happens you will need to check in with the host and be put on our waitlist until a table becomes available.Unfortunately we do not take reservations or do call ahead seating.

Who We Are
People love brunch. People love bakeries. So we did both.
Located in the picturesque town of Black Mountain, NC. Open Oven Brunch and Bakery is serving up food made right.
Benedicts topped with white wine rosemary hollandaise on homemade sourdough English muffins to sandwiches served on Artisan bread with a side of house cut fries. We do our best to provide antibiotic and hormone free meats, wild caught seafood, and baked goods using whole grain flour.
Wake up with coffee from Dynamite Roasting or turn it up a notch and try a mimosa! We have an outdoor patio for seasonal dining and offer carry out.
